Great Expectations for Franklin County Board of County Commissioners

Franklin County Republicans look forward to seeing positive results from the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, which now includes six Republicans.

New commissioners, sworn in December 2, are Logan Davis, District 1, and Stuart May, (District 7) At-Large. Michael Schriver, District 5, was re-elected to serve another term.  David Bunn, District 4, will serve as Board Chairman. Schriver will serve as Vice-Chairman.

Congratulations on behalf of all of us! May 2025 begin years of favor, wisdom and stable governance for Franklin County.

Stuart May, District 7 At-Large Franklin County Board of Commissioners

New County Commissioner Stuart May, (District 7) At-Large, is accompanied by his family as he is sworn in by Judge John W. Davis, North Carolina District Court, District 11A Seat 1.

Michael Schriver, District 5, Franklin County Board of County Commissioners

Re-elected County Commissioner Michael Schriver, District 5, will serve through 2028. After the Swearing-In Ceremony, Schriver became Vice-Chairman of the Franklin County Board of County Commissioners.
