September 2026 GOP Meeting

The Franklin County Republican Party will hold its monthly meeting September 10. A light supper will be served at 6:30 p.m. All are welcome to bring a favorite side dish or dessert to accompany the meal. This will be a candidate greet-and-meet event so bring your concerns and questions.  All Republicans are welcome.

A $5 donation is requested to help reimburse the volunteers who prepare the hot dogs and purchase the serving ware and beverages.

Red, White, & BBQ 250!

From 2013–2019 this was East Wake’s signature gathering — often 1,000+ strong. It’s back. Smithfield’s BBQ, stars and stripes, and North Carolina leaders on the program.

In addition, you'll have an opportunity to discuss local issues and viable solutions with Immanuel Jarvis, President of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of North Carolinaa grassroots and public policy organization.
The main question: Do we want to launch a Frederick Douglass Foundation of North Carolina presence in Franklin County? Meet the state president, and share your goals for Franklin County.
There is no charge, but please help us plan appropriately.
