Franklin County Republican Party Announces Gun Raffle
The Franklin County Republican Party is having a Spring 2025 Gun Raffle. The drawing will be held June 14, 2025.
The winner will have a choice of one item:
1. Smith & Wesson M&P15 Sport II M-LOK, (or)
2. Byrna LE or SD Less Lethal Pistol, (or)
3. 1,000 Rounds 9mm Ammunition, (or)
4. 1,000 Rounds 5.56 Ammunition.

The proceeds will help the Franklin County Republican Party educate voters and get-out-the-vote to elect conservative candidates.
Important Information Regarding the 2025 Franklin County Republican Party Gun Raffle
The Franklin County Republican Party is a non-profit organization and is supervising the Raffle. Ticket purchases are donations to the Franklin County Republican Party and are subject to campaign finance laws.
- Eligibility: The Raffle is open to all who meet the age requirements to purchase and own a firearm and would otherwise be legally allowed to purchase a firearm from a seller holding a federal firearms license. The winner must possess a valid state-issued Driver License or Identity Card.
- Winner will select only one of the prizes offered. The firearm or other prize selected must be picked up from a federal firearms licensee (“FFL”) located within Franklin County North Carolina.
- Winner of the Raffle will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Franklin County Republican Party. Winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
- Statutory Adherence: Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Your name, address, ticket total, and your occupation must be provided to the North Carolina State Board of Elections as part of the Franklin County Republican Party’s financial reporting requirements.
