Early Voting October 17 - November 2

This year, Republicans are encouraged to vote early. Early voting is October 17 - November 2, 2024 at four locations in Franklin County (see graphic).

The benefits include:

• The North Carolina Republican Party will be able to review a record that shows you've voted. As a result, the party can take you off its Get-Out-The-Vote call and text lists. The party can redirect volunteer time and paid labor costs, phone banking and texting costs to other Republicans. In the end, it allows the party to reach more Franklin County voters and increase overall Republican turnout.
• The party will know how many have voted before Election Day, which will help leaders allocate resources more wisely. If we can push the numbers high in North Carolina, for example, the party can then put more funds in another swing state where the Republican voter turnout needs a boost.
• If something goes wrong at the polling site on Election Day, such as a power outage, your vote is already secured.

During early voting, you can vote from any of the polling sites listed in the graphic below. There will be Republicans outside the polling sites most of the time. They will have sample ballots with Republican candidates marked should you prefer to review one before voting.

On Election Day, you must vote at your precinct polling site. You can find your precinct site here.

• Fill in your first and last name.
• Click search.
• Click your name. This will lead you to your voting record. You'll find your precinct and its address about half way down the page.

Once you vote, you can make sure your ballot has been recorded on the same web page. If you don't see that your ballot has been counted by Election Day, please call the number below before Election Day.
