Brandi Brinson Sworn In as Register of Deeds

After a resounding election win, Brandi Brinson will continue to serve Franklin County as Register of Deeds. 

The Register of Deeds serves as the custodian of Franklin County records, including real estate deeds and deeds of trust, birth and death certificates, marriage licenses, even notary public oaths. Brinson has been recognized for upgrading the Register of Deeds office, including installing online sign-up for fraud detection notification.
