Hispanos Del Sur Leader to Speak at Franklin County Meeting

Gil Pagan, founder of Hispanos Del Sur (Hispanics of the South), will be the guest speaker at the Franklin County Republican's monthly meeting, April 9, 2026. His topic: Mobilizing communities and growing a volunteer base.

The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m., Youngsville Community Center, 115 E. Main St., Youngsville.

Pagan, a bilingual entrepreneur with Cuban and Puerto Rican ancestry, founded the conservative organization during COVID and has overseen its growth to 18 North Carolina counties. Hispanos Del Sur has offices in Wake, Cumberland and Chatham counties.

Hispanos Del Sur is a Republican led, grassroots organization that educates and mobilizes conservatives to vote for candidates who are guided by biblical principles and shared values.
